This fascinating series follows Dr. Shlofmitz as he meets with patients and performs surgeries at St Francis Hospital – The Heart Center. St. Francis is known throughout the world as one of the top heart centers. Older readers will recall that in 1983 Nancy Reagan took two South Korean children to St Francis aboard Air Force One. She could have taken them anywhere – but chose St Francis.
Dr. Shlofmitz is Chair of Cardiology for all of Catholic Health on Long Island.
